Our entire office has been designed with the needs of children, teens and parents in mind. Children should not fear the dentist and our fun office setting ensures that they will look forward to their appointments. We have been Growing Smiles and Brightening Lives for thousands of children in the Reno-Sparks Truckee Meadows area for over 20 years. Here is how:

We Speak “Kid”. Our staff is specially trained to work with children in issues of behavior, self-esteem and motivation, we do more than work on smiles – we form lasting and trusting relationships with children and parents alike.

Child friendly waiting room
The waiting room is colorful with many activities for children and teens including movies on several screens. Our comfortable seating and reading material (go ahead and indulge in one of our magazines) are entertaining for children, teens and parents. Additionally, there are books and magazines for all ages.

Cell Phones: Due to HIPAA restrictions no cell phones are permitted anywhere beyond the waiting area of our office. If you need to answer or make a call during your child’s appointment, please leave the examination area. Due to OSHA restrictions, no food or drink of any kind will be allowed in the treatment area.

Open hygiene bay
Our bright and sunny hygiene bay provides children fun and comfort of seeing others getting their teeth cleaned.  Parents are always welcome and have a comfortable seating area close to their children or they may sit right next to their children.

Treatment Rooms
If your child needs treatment or a bit more privacy our treatment rooms are cheerful and spacious where your child will feel comfortable and safe.  All through our office we have movies playing to help keep your child entertained.

Prize Box Corner
This is one of the most favorite areas of our office – the Prize Box Corner. The kids get to pick a prize for their visit. We have been told we have great prizes!
